Our journey began in the backyard, grilling with friends and family, savoring good food and great company. Compliments on the flavor of my barbecue were frequent, with many encouraging me to compete. Initially, I didn’t give it much thought, but in 2016, I decided to take the plunge. I gathered my gear and entered my first competition at the Mesquite Rodeo. Although I didn’t place in the top 10, hearing my name called was enough to ignite a passion for competition barbecue.

Since then, I’ve been driven to reach the top. Over time, we developed a signature rub that elevated our flavors, leading to remarkable achievements, including Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion titles. It’s been an exhilarating journey, and we’re proud of our progress. However, the true joy lies in the passion for cooking and the thrill of competing.

Our Future Goals

Looking ahead, we aim to expand our presence in the competitive barbecue circuit and continue refining our techniques to achieve even greater success. We also plan to share our love for barbecue with a broader audience by offering cooking classes and developing a line of barbecue products. Our ultimate goal is to inspire others to discover the joy of grilling and create memorable experiences with their loved ones.
